What does it mean to feel at home?
One hundred and thirty is the number of new citizens in Fiorano between 2019 and 2023. With this project, we explored the concept of feeling at home, gathering testimonies from a representative group of new citizens of Fiorano. A series of interviews explored their motivations, the difficulties they faced, their career and family choices, and, above all, how their original identity merged with that of Italy and our city.

The result was powerful stories, which recount a journey of integration that wasn’t always easy, but which revealed a strong and clear sense of belonging to the city of Fiorano, while maintaining a precious bond with their country of origin.
